I'm back in Los Angeles in my empty apartment.
I've been rifling through the remains of my roommate's things dividing it between what I want, what others maybe want and definite garbage.
I made a delicious meal of rice, sauteed vegetables in a teriyaki sauce and chicken cooked in the same manner with freshly brewed lemon iced tea. Twas quite lovely.
Only downside to everything is that I'm completely alone and my internet is VERY limited. I'm lucky to be writing this right now, and able to connect to a random network.
Tomorrow I am meeting with my potential new roommates to discuss things and see how well we mesh well together. We've solely only been in contact via facebook, so we are seeing now if things are really as awesome as we believe they will be. Rent will only be $515 a month which is the cheapest I could find ANYWHERE, plus it's right across from the school so I won't be losing my sense of 'downtown' and what I've considered home for the past six months.
Hopefully after that I'll begin on my search for a job that pays well. At this point I can't be picky and will take just about anything as long as I know I will enjoy the work and can get a decent pay and hours.
I smell like white pomegranate candles, which I brought back from Pittsburgh from Pier 1 and I love it :)
