I never thought I'd appreciate Pittsburgh when I left it almost 6 months ago, however now I have found that is wasn't so bad after all. True I don't see myself living there long term, but there is a plethora of things to do.
I had a speech all ready for my class tomorrow but I switched it last minute today.
It was originally Mac vs. PC but then I realized It it wasn't me to write/talk about. I believe that it's silly to classify people and why should people who own Macs be so elitist? There is no reason to be, it's just a computer, not a way of life.
So I came upon the idea to talk about something I actually know and would be able to give without a problem. Thus I chose to do it on Pittsburgh, and how everyone should go and visit.
A girl last week did it on visiting the Czech Republic, but she didn't even mention if she was from there or not but regardless it sparked something in me. I can't talk about something I don't really believe in when it is my CHOICE to pick a topic.
So I found this little 'rhyme' online and I think I'll conclude my speech with it: "It's a H and a G and a R U B and a S and T and T I P!" for remembering how to spell Pittsburgh...backwards. Who knows it's fun and something different ^_^
