So the cupcakes tasted amazing.
However I forgot that I didn't have baking cups here at the apartment, but was still determined to make the cupcakes tonight anyways regardless. I thought coffee filters would be a great substitute, however that was just wrong. The cupcakes were soggyish in the middle and the tops and bottom were completely done. However the taste was great and I can't wait to make them again with baking cups.
