What a surprise!

In honor of Mother's Day, my mom's favorite flower: Lilac

Mother's Day is almost here and I quite adore my mother and appreciate her for all that she's done for me and my brother throughout the years. However I will not be with her this year for Mother's Day which is sad. I usually like to do fun and little special things for her throughout the day (a bit above the normal things that is) such as making her a special dessert, or making her a gift or some other random thing. 

This year she's surprised me a bit already, she signed up for facebook! Almost everyone except for two of my uncles and my grandpa on my mom's side has facebook. I can keep in touch with all of my aunts and uncles and have such a wonderful time catching up and keeping tabs on their lives. How I have the chance with my mom. I already talk to her on the phone, and email, but now she'll be able to stalk me even more! It'll be as though she is right here with me. 

How quaint! Our parents are growing up with us. :)
